سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

This policy forms part of our Terms and is read with the brand Schedule. Nothing here limits your legal rights or the refund protections in the Terms.

For all our brands

• Food and drinks are perishable and made for you, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns once collected or delivered. This does not limit your rights if something is faulty, unsafe, wrong, missing or not as described: tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it. Neither the 24 hours nor a photo is a condition of your legal rights.

• If we cancel your whole order, you get a full refund. If we cannot supply part of an order, plan or pass, we refund that part.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method, and only to the person who paid. BenefitPay transfers are refunded by transfer.

• We start approved refunds within 7 days and tell you the date. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank.

• Prices are in Bahraini Dinar and include 10% VAT. Card payments are processed securely by Tap Payments; we never see your full card number.

• Contact: team@c45.co or WhatsApp +973 3894 4442, Shop 1134, Building 2210, Road 2827, Block 428, Al Seef, Kingdom of Bahrain.

C45 Artisan Coffee

• Change-of-mind refunds on app orders: ask the same day.

• Coffee passes: full refund if unused and you ask within 24 hours of buying. Unused drinks expire after 30 days. Unexpected outlet closures extend your pass. If we close permanently, withdraw passes or cannot supply eligible drinks, unused drinks are refunded proportionately. Deleting your account does not create an extra refund right, but refunds otherwise due remain payable.

• We notify you when your order is ready. Orders not collected within 30 minutes after the end of your slot (or by closing) may be disposed of and are not refunded, unless the delay was ours.

Ghancha, Ghancha Café and other pickup orders

• Cancel for a full refund until the outlet confirms your order by WhatsApp.

• Orders are held for the time stated in your confirmation after the collection time.

foodpost (staff ordering)

• Orders can be cancelled until the breakfast or lunch cut-off shown in the portal. You pay at collection, so nothing is charged online. Our own failures never count as a missed collection.

Catering, wholesale and corporate gifting

• Deposits are refunded in full if you cancel before the full-refund deadline stated in your quote. Closer to the date, we may keep costs already incurred, up to the amounts in your quote and our Terms (Schedule H).
